Tou Sho Gu



It has been very hectic these days so I haven't write my diary...

Now I will wirte what we did in this weekend.

My daughters and myself joined the comany trip to Shimizu, Sizuoka.

We went to Kunozan To Sho Gu. I learned that Toshogu is built by the Edo shogunate, and
to pray the prosperity of Tokugawa family.

It was very hot. Even though it is located on the middle of the mountain, the air was very humid and templature was more than 35℃.
However, my girls seemed they didn't care about the heat. They runned up the big steps toward main building, saying "hey dad, why are you so slow ? you are adult, aren't you?? "

Oh, yes, I am adult, that's why I am so slow.

Bicycle



I'm thinking of buying a bicycle and using it a commuting way.

Riding a bicycle have a lot of merits. Since I got some fat so need exercise. From my house to my office is about 15km so it will be a good exercise. It is environmentally-friendly since it doesn't make any gasses. Furthermore, because of the soaring gas price, it is good for our budget.

I would like to have cool one, not Mama Chari. It is called Cross Bike. I like the bike of the picture above, called "cielo"of Bianchi. It is really cool, isn't it??

However, since it is a imported bike, I can hardly find it at the bike shop nearby my house.

Should I wait until I can find it or give up and buy another one?

I need more time to think about it.

Display of Fireworks

Display of Fireworks was held last ninght in my city.
We didn't go to where the Fireworks loannched. We are seeing it from the street near my house.

I regret I didn't have camera and could not take picture, but we could see beautifur fireworks even from our area.

I remembered several years ago, we went to where close to the fireworks were loanched. We could see enormous fireworks and it was quite impressive.

However, after the fireworks display was finished, we had to wait almost 3 hours to get out of the parking lot.

Since then, we have not go to there, we can see beautiful enough fireworks from my house.

Next half of the book
This is continued from from previous blog.

I read half of the book of 100 pages last ninght, and since my daugthers showed any interest on that, I thought I don't have to read rest half of it today.

But they remembered it and asked me to read it.

As I wrote yesterday, it is tough to read the book, since the story is not interesting for me, there are just a little illustration on that.

The story is about friendship story between one girl and mices or something like that.

When I was finishing reading it, they already slept. And I feel sleepy too. I wanted I just take a nap for 5 minutes, but I slept deeply and get up this time.....I have to write the blog and will do rutine study.

That's why I'm writing this kind of time, 3:00 am.....

Reading a Book

These days, I read a book before my daughters sleep. Of course the book is a short story like EHON which they borrow from their school.

However, today is not the case. It's the long story of 100 pages with full of words, only a few illustration.

I said I can't read all tonignt, but they insist me to read it. So I suggest them that I read half of it tonight, and then next half, tomorrow.

They reluctantly agreeded with my idea.

But even the half of it is tough thing after the hard work of the day. It is pretty difficult story for my daughters, so they seems they don't understand and sleepy.

Then I said, can you understand the story? Are you sleepy now? They said. Yes, I understand,
please go on, I wouldn't sleep.

At last, I finished the half of the book. They quickly said "Good ningt, daddy" without any discussion of the story.

I wonder I have to read rest half of the story tomorrow....
