I heard that my boss's wife have a severer stiff neck and she sometime feel bad to omit.
I was scared to hear that because I also have stiff neck, though not so severe, because most of my working time I am facing computer.
I was told that the effective way to ease stiff shoulder is Yoga.
So I checked website about Yoga.

There are a lot of website which introduce some pouse and I'm interested in one of them.
Which is the pose of above photo.
They say it is good for my eyes. As I said, I'm tackling with computer most of the day, so my eyes are tired everyday. The pose seems nothing to do with eyes. But I tried half in doubt.

First you lie on your back, put your hand on the floor, lift your leg slowly, then move them to your head, keep it for 30 seconds.

The pose was not easy, I felt a little pain in my neck and leg, but I do it slowly.
After that, believe or not, I felt much better, and felt my eyes become refleshed.

Please try it if you feel fatigue in your shoulder and eyes.
